Tintage Seller Guidelines
At Tintage, we strive to create a safe, secure, and professional environment for our users to buy and sell various products and services. To achieve this, we have established a set of guidelines to ensure that all transactions and interactions on our platform align with our values and expectations. This article summarizes these guidelines, which all users are expected to follow.
Prohibited Content
Illegal or Harmful Items: Do not use this service to sell anything illegal, harmful, or content you do not own the rights to.
Restricted Content: We do not allow content related to pornography, adult content, multi-level marketing, malware, spyware, or politics.
Prohibited Services: Money services and legal services are not allowed.
Stripe Prohibited Businesses: You must not use Stripe’s services for any illegal activities or for the following types of businesses or product types:
Illegal products and services
Illegal drugs, substances designed to mimic illegal drugs, and related equipment
Fake references or ID-providing services
Telecommunications manipulation equipment
Businesses promoting unlawful violence or discrimination
Adult content and services, including pornography and adult live chat features
Debt relief companies
Gambling, including online gambling and sweepstakes
Identity theft protection services
Intellectual property infringement
Legal services such as bankruptcy lawyers and bail bonds
Lending and credit services
Marijuana and related products
Nutraceuticals and pseudo-pharmaceuticals with unsupported claims
Non-fiat currency services, including cryptocurrency mining and staking
Travel services, including commercial airlines and cruises
Unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts or practices
Weapons, firearms, explosives, and dangerous materials
Any other products or services that are in violation of law in the jurisdictions where your business is located or targeted

Content Ownership and Responsibility
Original Content Only: Only sell items that you have created yourself or that are not listed as prohibited.
Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We will not be held liable for losses or damages resulting from your account being compromised.
Contractual Agreements: Any sale contract provided through Tintage services is solely between you and the buyer.
Platform Use and Conduct
Account Termination: We reserve the right to permanently terminate your account if you violate our terms and conditions.
Automated Tools: Do not abuse our services by using automated tools or methods such as web scraping or load balance testing.
Content Responsibility: The store owner is solely responsible for all content and uploads on their store page. Contact us at contact@tintage.com if there are any issues with the content of a user store.
Transactions and Fees
Transaction Fees: In the event of a refund or chargeback, we are unable to refund the transaction fees.
Liability: You agree that we will not be held responsible for any damages or losses to your business that may arise from using our service.
Terms and Conditions
Policy Changes: The terms and conditions are subject to change.
Payment Processing: Any payments processed are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.
Account Management
Account Deletion: Should you wish to delete your account or download a copy of its contents, email contact@tintage.com.
