    • Essentially do not sell anything you did not create yourself or any items listed here

  2. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We will not be held liable for losses or damages.

  3. Any sale contract provided through Tintage services is between you and the buyer.

  4. We reserve the rights to permanently terminate your account when you break the terms and conditions

  5. Do not abuse our services by using automated tools methods such as web scrapping or load balance testing etc

  6. The owner of the store is solely responsible for all content and uploads on their store page. Contact us at contact@tintage.com should there be an issue with the content of a user store

  7. In the event of a refund or chargeback, we are unable to refund the transaction fees

  8. You agree that we will not be held responsible by any damages or losses to your business that may arise by using our service
