Refunding Payments

If you would like to refund a customer you can through so through the orders page.

At the moment refunds must be initiated through your Stripe account. You can access it through the Advanced Payments option on the order's page.

How to refund a customer

1. Click on Advanced Payment Options

2. Login into your Stripe account

3. Click on the Refund button located on the top right corner

3. Enter Refund amount and click Refund
