Prohibited Website Submission Guidelines

To ensure the safety and integrity of our platform, the following types of websites and content are prohibited from submission:

1. Illegal Products or Services Websites that promote illegal activities or services in violation of local, national, or international law are prohibited. This includes sites flagged by government bodies or legal authorities as engaging in illegal practices.

2. Discriminatory Practices Websites that promote or encourage discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, non-religious beliefs, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, marital or family status, pregnancy, socioeconomic status, or medical conditions are prohibited. This includes any content that targets or excludes individuals based on these characteristics.

3. Tobacco, Alcohol, and Related Products Websites promoting the sale or use of tobacco, nicotine products, or alcohol, including electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, alcohol beverages, or related paraphernalia, are prohibited, unless promoting government-approved cessation or alcohol moderation programs.

4. Unsafe Substances Websites promoting the sale or use of illicit drugs, recreational drugs, unsafe supplements, synthetic drugs, or performance-enhancing drugs are prohibited. This includes substances illegal under local or international law, unregulated supplements with unverified health claims, and any promotion of the misuse of legal substances, such as prescription medications.

5. Weapons, Ammunition, or Explosives Websites that promote, sell, or distribute firearms, ammunition, explosives, or accessories for weapon modifications are prohibited.

6. Adult Products and Services Websites that promote the sale or use of adult products or services, including sexually explicit content, provocative material, or suggestive services, are prohibited. Sexual health products or services may only be promoted if targeted to users aged 18 or older and must not focus on sexual pleasure.

7. Intellectual Property Violations Websites that promote, sell, or distribute counterfeit goods, pirated content, or products that infringe on intellectual property rights are prohibited.

8. Misinformation Websites that promote false, misleading, or debunked information, especially concerning health, safety, or political matters, are prohibited. Repeated misinformation may result in a permanent ban.

9. Sensational or Shocking Content Websites that feature shocking, excessively violent, or sensational content designed to exploit crises or controversial events for commercial gain are prohibited.

10. Personal Attributes and Privacy Violations Websites that share or request sensitive personal information (such as race, religion, or health conditions) without explicit consent are prohibited. Websites that make direct or indirect assertions about individuals' personal characteristics, such as health, race, or sexual orientation, are also prohibited.

11. Payday Loans, Payday Advances, and Bail Bonds Websites promoting payday loans, short-term loans (less than 90 days), or bail bond services are prohibited.

12. Misleading Claims and Deceptive Practices Websites making exaggerated or unrealistic claims about health, weight loss, or financial gain, including deceptive business practices such as "get-rich-quick" schemes, are prohibited.

13. Low-Quality or Disruptive Content Websites that have low-quality or disruptive landing pages, including minimal original content or excessive ads that detract from the user experience, are prohibited.

14. Spyware or Malware Websites that host or distribute spyware, malware, or deceptive software that negatively impacts user experience or compromises privacy are prohibited.

15. Prohibited Financial Products and Services Websites promoting financial services that are frequently associated with deceptive practices, such as unregulated cryptocurrency services, binary options, or unlicensed forex trading, are prohibited.

16. Sale of Human Body Parts Websites that promote the sale of human body parts or fluids are prohibited.

17. Controversial and Inflammatory Content Websites that claim certain groups of people are threats based on race, ethnicity, religion, or other personal attributes are prohibited. This includes sites that support conspiracy theories, militarized social movements, or incite violence.

18. Faith, Religion, and Equivalent Systems of Belief Websites that promote or advocate faith-based content, religious beliefs, non-religious belief systems (such as atheism or agnosticism), occult practices, or psychic services are prohibited. This includes any content advocating for or against specific religious or non-religious viewpoints.

19. Political Advertising and Content Websites promoting political campaigns, influencing elections, referendums, or advocating for public policy changes are prohibited.

20. Websites Targeted at Children Websites specifically aimed at children under 18 are prohibited. This includes any site that targets children as its primary audience, regardless of the content type. Websites cannot be designed or marketed towards minors, and any content, services, or products aimed at engaging with children are not allowed. This prohibition also covers sites promoting educational content, games, or entertainment that are specifically directed at children.

21. Websites Promoting Public Information Campaigns Websites promoting public information campaigns are prohibited unless they are government-approved campaigns that comply with all legal and ethical standards.

22. Government and Government Agency Websites Websites promoted or sponsored by government agencies (except for tourism boards or trade/investment boards) are prohibited.

23. Websites Promoting Charities, Trusts, Foundations, and NGOs Websites promoting charities, trusts, foundations, or non-governmental organizations (NGOs) are prohibited unless specifically approved by the platform’s governing board.

24. Websites Promoting eCigarettes Websites promoting eCigarettes or vaping products are prohibited unless they promote government-approved cessation programs.

25. Websites Selling Infant Formula or Baby Milk Websites promoting the sale of infant formula or baby milk intended for infants under 6 months are prohibited.

26. VPN Services Websites promoting Virtual Private Network (VPN) services that may be used for unauthorized access to media content or illegal activities are prohibited.

27. Cryptocurrencies and Certain Financial Products Websites promoting cryptocurrencies and related products, including ICOs (Initial Coin Offerings), that do not comply with legal regulations are prohibited.

28. Websites with Deceptive Business Models Websites promoting deceptive business models, including multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes, pyramid schemes, or "get-rich-quick" ventures, are prohibited.

29. Adult-Themed Services Websites featuring sexually explicit services, adult-oriented chat lines, dating services focused on casual relationships, escort services, or adult-related health or pleasure products are prohibited.

30. Misleading Health Products Websites promoting products or treatments making unsubstantiated health claims, including miracle cures, weight loss products, or supplements lacking scientific backing, are prohibited.

31. Diet and Beauty Products Websites promoting extreme or unsafe diet programs, beauty products making exaggerated claims, or body modification services that have not been medically approved are prohibited.

32. Gambling and Betting Services Websites promoting online gambling, betting, or lotteries are prohibited unless they comply with all local regulatory laws and have the necessary legal approvals.

33. Cosmetic Surgery and Treatments Websites promoting cosmetic surgery, body modification services, or any beauty treatments that make exaggerated claims without medical approval or regulation are prohibited.

34. Websites Promoting Weapons and Gun Clubs Websites promoting the sale of weapons, gun clubs, arms fairs, or offensive weapons are prohibited.

35. Faith-Based and Religious Systems Advertising Websites promoting content related to any faith, religion, or equivalent systems of belief, including those related to psychic practices or occult activities, are prohibited.

36. Websites Engaging in Deceptive Sponsored Content Websites that accept sponsorship where sponsors have undue influence over editorial content, resulting in biased or misleading information, are prohibited. Sponsored content must maintain transparency, editorial independence, and clearly distinguish between advertising and editorial content.

37. Websites Promoting Dangerous or Controversial Content Websites promoting content on controversial subjects that involve industrial or political controversies, public policy matters, or highly inflammatory viewpoints are prohibited.
