Can I change my email address?
Yes! You can change your email address from your profile settings. You'll need to verify the new email address before it becomes active.
How do I update my company information?
Navigate to your profile settings
Find the "Company Information" section
Update your company name, website, or industry
Save your changes
This information is optional but helps us provide better service.
Can I add a profile picture?
Profile picture functionality is not currently available in Tintage. This feature may be added in future updates.

Can I unsubscribe from marketing emails?
Yes! You can unsubscribe from marketing emails while keeping important account notifications. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or adjust your preferences in account settings.
How do I change my notification frequency?
You can set different notification frequencies:
Immediate: Get notified right away
Daily digest: Receive a summary once per day
Weekly digest: Get a weekly summary
Never: Disable specific notification types

In your privacy settings, you can:
Control data sharing: Choose what data is shared for analytics

Can I download my account data?
Yes! You can request a complete copy of your account data:
Go to privacy settings
Click "Download My Data"
Choose the data types you want
Submit your request
You'll receive a download link within 30 days.
How do I delete my account?
To permanently delete your account, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Our team will assist you with the account deletion process.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What happens when I delete my account?
When you delete your account:
All videos are permanently deleted
Account data is removed within 30 days
Billing information is anonymized
You cannot recover any data after deletion

Video Creation Settings
How do I set default video preferences?
You can set default preferences for:
Output quality: 1080p or 4K Ultra HD (4K Ultra HD available on Plus, Pro, and Max plans only)
Format: MP4, MOV, or other formats
Color scheme: Default colors for new videos
Font preferences: Default fonts for text elements
These settings will be applied to new videos automatically.
Can I customize the video creation interface?
Yes! You can customize:
Layout preferences: Panel arrangement and sizing
Toolbar settings: Which tools are visible
Keyboard shortcuts: Customize hotkeys for common actions
Theme: Light or dark mode for the interface
How do I change my default export settings?
Export settings are configured during the video creation process rather than as account defaults. You can choose your preferred resolution and format each time you create a video.
Can I save custom templates or presets?
Custom template and preset saving functionality is not currently available in Tintage. You can use the existing template library and customize each video during creation.

How do I invite team members?
To invite team members (Plus, Pro, and Max plans):
Go to "Team" in your account settings
Click "Invite Member"
Enter their email address
Choose their permission level
Send the invitation
They'll receive an email with setup instructions.
What permission levels are available?
Team permission levels:
Admin: Full access to all features and billing
Editor: Can create and edit videos
Viewer: Can view and download videos only
Custom: Mix and match specific permissions
How do I manage team member permissions?
Go to your team settings
Find the team member you want to modify
Click "Edit Permissions"
Adjust their access levels
Save the changes
Changes take effect immediately.
Can I remove team members?
Yes, you can remove team members:
Go to team settings
Find the member you want to remove
Click "Remove Member"
Confirm the removal
They'll lose access immediately and receive a notification.

How do I reset my preferences to default?
To reset your preferences:

This will restore default settings for the selected categories.
