How do I update my name and email address?
  1. Go to your account settings

  2. Click on "Profile" or "Personal Information"

  4. Click "Save Changes"

You'll receive a confirmation email if you change your email address.

Can I change my email address?

Yes! You can change your email address from your profile settings. You'll need to verify the new email address before it becomes active.

How do I update my company information?
  1. Navigate to your profile settings

  2. Find the "Company Information" section

  3. Update your company name, website, or industry

  4. Save your changes

This information is optional but helps us provide better service.

Can I add a profile picture?

Profile picture functionality is not currently available in Tintage. This feature may be added in future updates.

Notification Preferences

Email Notifications

How do I manage my email notification preferences?
  1. Go to your account settings

  2. Click on "Notifications" or "Email Preferences"

  3. Toggle the notifications you want to receive:

    • Video renders completed

    • Billing reminders

    • Product updates

    • Marketing emails

  4. Save your preferences

What types of emails will I receive?

You can choose to receive:

  • Account notifications: Login alerts, password changes

  • Video updates: When your renders are complete

  • Billing notifications: Payment confirmations, failed payments

  • Product updates: New features and improvements

  • Marketing emails: Tips, tutorials, and special offers

Can I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

Yes! You can unsubscribe from marketing emails while keeping important account notifications. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or adjust your preferences in account settings.

How do I change my notification frequency?

You can set different notification frequencies:

  • Immediate: Get notified right away

  • Daily digest: Receive a summary once per day

  • Weekly digest: Get a weekly summary

  • Never: Disable specific notification types

How can I control my privacy settings?

In your privacy settings, you can:

  • Control data sharing: Choose what data is shared for analytics

  • Manage cookies: Adjust cookie preferences

  • Download your data: Request a copy of your account data

  • Delete your account: Permanently remove your account and data

Can I download my account data?

Yes! You can request a complete copy of your account data:

  1. Go to privacy settings

  2. Click "Download My Data"

  3. Choose the data types you want

  4. Submit your request

You'll receive a download link within 30 days.

How do I delete my account?

To permanently delete your account, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Our team will assist you with the account deletion process.

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What happens when I delete my account?

When you delete your account:

  • All videos are permanently deleted

  • Account data is removed within 30 days

  • Billing information is anonymized

  • You cannot recover any data after deletion

Application Preferences

Video Creation Settings

How do I set default video preferences?

You can set default preferences for:

  • Output quality: 1080p or 4K Ultra HD (4K Ultra HD available on Plus, Pro, and Max plans only)

  • Format: MP4, MOV, or other formats

  • Color scheme: Default colors for new videos

  • Font preferences: Default fonts for text elements

These settings will be applied to new videos automatically.

Can I customize the video creation interface?

Yes! You can customize:

  • Layout preferences: Panel arrangement and sizing

  • Toolbar settings: Which tools are visible

  • Keyboard shortcuts: Customize hotkeys for common actions

  • Theme: Light or dark mode for the interface

How do I change my default export settings?

Export settings are configured during the video creation process rather than as account defaults. You can choose your preferred resolution and format each time you create a video.

Can I save custom templates or presets?

Custom template and preset saving functionality is not currently available in Tintage. You can use the existing template library and customize each video during creation.

Team and Collaboration

Team Management

How do I invite team members?

To invite team members (Plus, Pro, and Max plans):

  1. Go to "Team" in your account settings

  2. Click "Invite Member"

  3. Enter their email address

  4. Choose their permission level

  5. Send the invitation

They'll receive an email with setup instructions.

What permission levels are available?

Team permission levels:

  • Admin: Full access to all features and billing

  • Editor: Can create and edit videos

  • Viewer: Can view and download videos only

  • Custom: Mix and match specific permissions

How do I manage team member permissions?
  1. Go to your team settings

  2. Find the team member you want to modify

  3. Click "Edit Permissions"

  4. Adjust their access levels

  5. Save the changes

Changes take effect immediately.

Can I remove team members?

Yes, you can remove team members:

  1. Go to team settings

  2. Find the member you want to remove

  3. Click "Remove Member"

  4. Confirm the removal

They'll lose access immediately and receive a notification.

API and Integrations

How do I access the Tintage API?

API access is available for Plus, Pro, and Max plans:

  1. Go to your account settings

  2. Navigate to "API Access"

  3. Generate your API key

  4. Review the API documentation

  5. Start integrating with your workflow

What can I do with the API?

The Tintage API allows you to:

  • Create videos programmatically

  • Manage your video library

  • Check render status

  • Download completed videos

  • Integrate with your existing tools

How do I manage my API keys?

You can:

  • Generate new API keys

  • Revoke existing keys

  • Set usage limits

  • Monitor API usage

  • View API logs

Is there a rate limit for API calls?

Yes, API calls are rate-limited based on your plan:

  • Plus: 1,000 calls per hour

  • Pro: 1,000 calls per hour

  • Max: Custom limits available
